Join us for an evening walk with other nature lovers to learn about our local birds!
Discover the birds that live in your neighbourhood and learn how to make your community safer for wildlife!
Join the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, Bird‑Friendly Richmond Hill, and Wild Birds Unlimited for a family‑friendly guided walk focused on local birds and the habitats they depend on. This interactive introduction will explore how to identify common bird species, recognize their calls and songs, and understand how everyday actions at home can help protect them. As we walk, we’ll highlight bird‑friendly practices, native plants, and simple ways to reduce threats to birds in our neighbourhoods.
