Trees for Life Earth Week Planting with Trees for Life and Canada Running Series

Join us for an afternoon of planting native trees and shrubs to celebrate Earth Week! Sponsored by Trees for Life and Canada Running Series.

Event is free but registration is required!

DATE & TIME: Saturday, April 25th at 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

LOCATION: Arsenal Lands, 1440 Lakeshore Rd E, Mississauga, ON L5E 0A2

PARKING: is available at Marie Curtis Park 1 Island Road, Mississauga

CANCELLATION: The event will run rain or shine, but will be canceled if there is a greater than 70% chance of thunderstorm or other hazardous weather. Registrants will be emailed by 8:00am on the morning of the event if there is a cancellation.

HOW TO PREPARE:
– Please dress appropriately for the weather.
– Please wear comfortable, close-toed shoes.
– Bring a refillable water bottle. Water will be available on site for refilling and light snacks will be provided.
– All tools and equipment will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring their own gardening gloves, to ensure proper fit, but we will have extra pairs available on-site if needed.
