Girls Can Too @ Albion Hills
Learn new skills. Gain confidence. Build your resume!
Join Girls Can Too (GCT) this summer and earn up to 30 volunteer hours for completing valuable projects to contribute to the ecological well-being and sustainability of the community while learning from female professionals in a variety of environmental and trades-focused roles.
When: July 27 – 31 | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Where: Albion Hills Conservation Park
Work alongside other students on hands-on conservation projects. Spend the week outdoors, learn how to use power tools, meet new people, and help care for the environment in your community.
The GCT program gives female-identifying students the chance to volunteer for a full week assisting with real conservation and construction projects. You’ll work in teams to construct a project supporting the work of our conservation parks, support environmental stewardship work outdoors, learn about jobs and careers in the environmental and trades field while earning community service hours.
