Introduction to the Practice of Forest Bathing
Led by Emily Pleasance, Climate-Aware Therapist and Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide, this walk invites participants to slow down, connect with their senses, and enter into relationship with the more-than-human world.
Forest Bathing is a relational practice rooted in presence, sensory awareness, and connection with the living world. Throughout the walk, participants will be guided through a series of gentle invitations that introduce the foundations of the practice and offer alternative ways of being with oneself, others, and nature.
Following the introductory walk, participants are welcome to enjoy the remainder of their time exploring The Village at Black Creek.
