Join us and celebrate the spring migration of returning birds with a guided birding watching walk along the Ajax Waterfront!
Grab your binoculars and join Toronto and Region Conservation Authority in partnership with Accessible Ajax and Age-Friendly Ajax for a guided birding watching walk along Ajax waterfront as we look for migratory birds returning for the Spring! As spring migration begins, the lakefront serves as a vital rest stop for birds journeying across Lake Ontario, making it a great location to view these spectacular travelers. Whether you are a beginner or an expert birder, all are welcome! Binoculars will be provided to those who don’t have a pair of their own.
The event will run rain or shine but will be cancelled if there is extreme weather. Registrants will be emailed two hours prior to the event if there is a cancellation.
