Arsenal Lands Native Tree and Shrub Planting Sponsored by Trees for Life and Polytainers

Join us for a morning of planting native trees and shrubs to celebrate Earth Week! Sponsored by Trees for Life and Polytainers.

Event is free but registration is required!

DATE & TIME: Saturday, April 25th at 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

LOCATION: Arsenal Lands, 1440 Lakeshore Rd E, Mississauga, ON L5E 0A2

PARKING: is available at Marie Curtis Park 1 Island Road, Mississauga

CANCELLATION: The event will run rain or shine, but will be canceled if there is a greater than 70% chance of thunderstorm or other hazardous weather. Registrants will be emailed by 8:00am on the morning of the event if there is a cancellation.

HOW TO PREPARE:
– Please dress appropriately for the weather.
– Please wear comfortable, close-toed shoes.
– Bring a refillable water bottle. Water will be available on site for refilling and light snacks will be provided.
– All tools and equipment will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring their own gardening gloves, to ensure proper fit, but we will have extra pairs available on-site if needed.
