Discover the art of spinning!

Transform raw Border Leicester fleece into your own yarn using a drop spindle in this beginner spinning workshop. This workshop covers all the basics: washing, carding, teasing, and spinning. It is a perfect workshop for anyone curious about wool, fibre arts, or heritage crafting techniques!

Please note:
· This workshop is geared at adults or children 10+ accompanied by an adult.
· Pricing is per person. Each person will leave with their spun, undyed wool.
· Every adult and child attending the workshop requires a ticket. There is a ratio of 2 children to 1 adult for this workshop.
· All tools and equipment are provided for this workshop.

Cost: $55 +HST / person

Cancellation requests received by TRCA more than 3 days before the start of the program will receive a 75% refund of the relevant program fees paid. Cancellation requests received by TRCA less than 3 days before the start of the program do not qualify for a refund. Please contact us in cases of sickness prior to the program so we can be in touch about rescheduling or refunding.
