
TRCA Youth Council Town Hall: Creative Approaches to Managing Textile Waste
Join TRCA Youth Council on Wednesday, October 28 from 6 – 7:30 pm for a virtual town hall exploring creative approaches to managing clothing and textile waste.
Recent TMU Master of Arts in Fashion graduates Isla Cowan and Gabrielle Hoole will share ideas and possibilities for upcycling and reducing textile waste. TRCA Youth Council Executives Sunny Lall and Apirah Nithiyathan will also lead a short climate anxiety exercise and share practical options for textile waste disposal.
Come learn, get inspired, and explore how small changes can support more sustainable fashion choices.
